Aromatherapy In Autumn: Comforting Warm And Cozy

Aromatherapy

Drum roll please… We would love to introduce you to our new upcoming Aromatherapy Everyday Scents Of The Season.

This idea came about thanks to your many thoughtful questions and interest on which Top Essential Oils we considered to be the most important.

After giving this careful consideration, we decided the best way to begin our series was to break it down into the Four Seasons; and now is the perfect time to showcase and introduce our first Essential Oil of Autumn.

I personally love and embrace all of the changing seasons as each one brings with it their own wonderful scents, sights, and feelings,

But along with these changes also comes sinus/allergies, rashes, bugs, dry skin, and so much more… something I definitely do not look forward to.

And for this reason I need to be prepared.

We are going to begin our series by introducing the Scents Of The Season with – Autumn.

During each season we will share with you a variety of ways (including recipes) on how these oils can help support you, and your family and friends with any issues that may arise during the upcoming months.

Can you guess our first Aromatherapy Everyday Essential Oil?

I’ll give you a hint…For many of you this may be one of the most recognizable essential oils associated with the season of Autumn.

We chose this particular comforting essential oil first because we found it to be effective, grounding, and easiest to use when creating blends for this season.

Second hint…It’s not cinnamon. Think – breathe easier

Did you get it?

Yes, you’d be correct if you guessed…

AromatherapyEucalyptus

If you’re not familiar with Eucalyptus essential oil, the first thing you need to know is that there are several types, as is the case with many essential oils.

Your choice will depend on what your intended purpose or need will be.

Since the Eucalyptus family of essential oils are a little more expanded than many individual essential oils, we thought we’d dedicate our next post entirely to the Top Four Eucalyptus varieties.

Do you have a favorite diffuser or recipe blend using Eucalyptus?

We would love for you to join our Aroma Family and share it over on our Facebook page.

Until Next Time…
